I always shy away from calling myself an artist, because I don’t feel official enough to claim the title. The Border Artist Society has helped me gain confidence so that I can honor my efforts, own my reputation and stand with the belief that actually, I am an artist.
BAS helped me discover the creativity in myself I didn’t know I had.
